ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • UK next day orders placed before 2pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • UK next day orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on the next working day.

  • Please allow an additional working day for delivery to Highlands and Islands. Next day and weekend deliveries may also be unavailable in these areas.

  • All orders are dispatched with DPD, UPS® or Royal Mail and require a signature. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required.

  • Once your order is processed for dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then choose to receive email or text notifications for order status updates.

  • Please allow extra time for delivery in periods of bad weather.

  • Please note that online codes are only valid on full-price own brand items online unless specified otherwise. Excludes non brand items such as Blundstone Boots and gift vouchers.

PLACING YOUR FIRST ORDER?

Placing an order at ospreylondon.com is easy:

  • Add an item to your basket by clicking the Add To Basket button.

  • Review the contents of your basket by clicking the View Basket button.

  • If you want to remove an item, click on the Remove box next to the product description and then click Recalculate.

  • When you're ready, click Proceed to Checkout.

  • Now register your details and you’ll be given a unique user login and customer number that speeds up your order process and avoids retyping your details later.

  • You will then be taken to the first page of the order form. Simply follow the instructions from there.

  • When you are ready, click the Order Now button.

  • We’ll send you a confirmation email to say that we have received your order.

  • You’ll then receive a second email when we dispatch your items.

 

PLACING AN ORDER AS AN EXISTING CUSTOMER?

  • Add items to your shopping basket in the usual way and click Proceed to Checkout.

  • If you've registered your customer details with us before online, you can use your email address and your customer password before clicking the Login button. This will speed up the order process.

  • Then, simply follow the instructions on the order form, as above.

 

FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?

No problem. Click to sign in, enter your email and submit. We will then email you a link to reset your password. Your new password should be unique to this site and a mix of upper & lowercase letters & numbers.

 

ORDERING AS A GIFT?

Be sure to include your gift message in the Checkout when prompted. Your recipient will receive the notification of despatch, which does not include information about the price paid. The purchaser will receive the invoice separately through the post.
